Lowry has been a DBA for over 20 years with focus exclusively on SQL Server for for 18 years. I currently work as a DBA consultant working to improve client’s SQL servers’ performance and environment. Designing and implementation of new solutions, performance tuning are main focus’ migration and update to newer versions. Enjoy working with Azure solutions as well as local systems. Mentor and train team members on SQL processes and best practices are part of what makes my work enjoyable.

Regular presenter at Dominican University to a former professor’s class to inspire new DBA’s and give them an understanding of a day in the life. I have been volunteering at SQL Saturdays a few years ago and is now on the Organization team. Speaker for SQL Saturdays and user groups.
